We visited here on a Tuesday this week and it was very quiet, which was nice. So many of the enclosures were open, which made the visit a lot more pleasant. I have never liked visiting zoos where everything is behind cages or glasses. I understand this is for safety, but this zoo showed that animals can be on display to the public without there being continuous glass or fencing. The animals on show there were fantastic, and we had some really nice interactions, especially with the chimpanzees by the windows! This was the most beautiful zoo I have been to. There was lots of vegetation in shade in the animals had big enclosures and looked very healthy. The bird show in the enchanted Forest was fun. The dolphin show was absolutely incredible and the trainers' interaction with them was so kind that seeing their bond and relationship was wonderful. The zoo was clean and very well kept. The animals seemed healthy ♡ and it was such a wonderful day spent there. The atmosphere is lovely. I recommend waiting until late afternoon to use the cable cars, as you will skip the long queue. The cable car really is a wonderful journey and you will get to see certain animals you might have missed while you were on foot. Even on a hot days nice to visit as it is nicely covered by trees shadow. Wonderful show with delphines. Food and toilet facilities, very close to the metro station. DONT USE THE AUTOMATIC TICKET MACHINES ! I didn’t get my ticket and then they treated me like a criminal when I went to go in although I had the receipt and they eventually let me in it was an unpleasant experience. That is the only reason I would not give this zoo 5 stars as overall it is great. The cable car is included in the entrance fee along with all the shows. The exhibits are very good and the landscaping through the park is wonderful. The animals are well taken care of and they do important work for species conservation. I was at the zoo in January. It's a really great place. Lots of Animals from all over the world(from dolphins to Wildcats to turtles). At the zoo its Cable railway where you can see the entire zoo from above. Only "-" is that there was no dolphin show when we were at the zoo (according to the website, it takes place every day).
